What does this mean?

A QR code stores text, usually a link. Hold a phone's camera up to it and tap the notification. A higher error correction makes the code bigger, but it stays readable if a part is damaged or there's a logo over it. Always leave an empty border around the code, otherwise scanners will read it poorly.
