Connection or diskSpeedTime for this file size
What does this mean?

Internet speed is in bits per second (Mbit/s), files in bytes (MB). One byte is eight bits: 1000 Mbit/s is therefore 125 MB/s. In practice you achieve around 90 percent due to overhead, and over wifi or a busy network often much less. The slowest link (disk, cable, wifi, server) determines the speed.

MB and GB are 1000-based units (as on disks). MiB and GiB are 1024-based units, as Windows and Linux often show.
