Port Checker
Check whether a port on your own internet connection is reachable from the outside, for example after setting up port forwarding on your router.
Your public IP address
looking it up…
What does this mean?
Open: something is listening and the traffic gets through your router. Closed: your IP address is reachable, but nothing is listening on that port. No response: a firewall or your router is blocking the traffic, or the port has not been forwarded.
We only test the IP address you are currently connecting to us from, never a different address. If your router is behind your provider's CGNAT, port forwarding will not work, even if you set everything up correctly. Only open ports you really need, and prefer a VPN over an open management port.
